Hey y’all! I know it’s been a little while, but as they say I’ve had a few too many irons in the fire as of lately, but I’m happy to report that things have gotten hammered out! I’m excited to kick things off with a recipe of the week!
Cheesy Taco Pasta is a refreshing twist on taco night or simply a quick and easy family dinner night recipe. This recipe will light your taste buds up while throwing you back to your hamburger helper days as a kid. Though, I assure you this recipe is MUCH better than your regular ole boxed Hamburger Helper.
Adding the corn and black beans made this pasta more hearty and my husband loved it! No worries if you are not corn and black bean fans you can leave them out and just skip those steps. We are cheese lovers in this family so we tend to add a bit more cheese than the recipe calls for. If your family is filled with cheese lovers as well go for it! If not, you can reduce the cheese amount down to one cup.
Take a bite into this recipe and leave your comments below on how it turned out!
